Saki East LG boss ,Adedokun extends warm Hijrah greetings to Muslims



The Executive Chairman of Saki East local government, Hon. Prince Emmanuel Olalekan Adedokun has extended heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community in Saki East Local Government on the occasion of Hijrah, marking the Islamic New Year.

In his message, Hon. Prince Emmanuel Olalekan emphasized the significance of Hijrah as a time of reflection, renewal, and spiritual growth. He highlighted the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and encouraged residents to embody the values of compassion, unity, and resilience in their daily lives.

“Hijrah serves as a reminder of the Prophet’s journey and the principles of perseverance and faith that accompany it……As we embark on this new Hijri year, let us strive for greater unity and understanding within our community, and continue to uphold the values that strengthen our social fabric”, he remarked.

The council chairman expressed his wishes for a prosperous and peaceful year ahead for all residents of Saki East Local Government, urging everyone to uphold the spirit of Hijrah in their endeavors.
