Breaking : Makinde to rename Okeogun Polytechnic after Michael Koleosho



The Oyo State Executive Council on Tuesday approved the renaming of the Okeogun Polytechnic, Saki after a stateman and politician, Chief Michael Adeniyi Koleosho.

A Judge of the Oyo State High Court, Saki-born Justice Mohammed Lekan Owolabi , who was recently seconded to the Gambia has been sworn-in as a judge of the Gambia high court with two others- Justices Ruqayat Ayoola, also from Nigeria and George Appah Kwabeng from Ghana . The Gambia’s Chief Justice Hassan B. Jallow performed the swearing-in yesterday at an impressive ceremony whch took place at the Judiciary Complex in Banjul and was witnessed by their brother Judges, Magistrates and the entire management of the Gambia Judiciary.
