NNPP Chieftain, Elekunle hails Ademola Abimbola on his nomination for the rank of SAN

A chieftain of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and Deputy Governorship Candidate of the party in the last general elections, Alh. Modinat Elekunle, has rejoiced with a Saki-born legal luminary,Ademola Abimbola, Esq., on his nomination for the prestigious title of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

In a congratulatory message on Wednesday, described the nomination as “unprecedented” in the history of the communit

Ademola Abimbola ,Esq.,was among others shortlisted for the award of the prestigious title of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) by the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee, LPPC and he is a child to a former Attorney-General of Oyo State, Justice Murta Abimbola. 

The message reads in part : "I, on behalf of the good people of Saki,at home and in diaspora, extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the momentous nomination for the distinguished rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

"The nomination of the silk represents not only a recognition of your excellent legal acumen but also a solemn responsibility entrusted upon your shoulders. As a nominee to the rank, you are now torchbearers of justice, tasked with upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.

This is like the zenith of personal desire, fulfilment and professional accomplishment for lawyers in Nigeria and virtually all lawyers want and desire to see that day when they will be pronounced by the Legal Practitioners and Privileges Committee.
