Traditional Chief harps on harmony among ethnic tribes

The newly installed Baale of Arinoye Otu in Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State, Chief Jenfa Paul Oyedokun Adegbola 1 has charged the people of Arinoye to promote unity, love and togetherness within the community, most especially among market men and women, in order to achieve peaceful co- existence among different tribes in the area.
He also advocated for a harmonious relationship between yoruba and other tribes in the area for the overall development of Arinoye.
Chief Jenfa made the plea at a meeting meant to foster peaceful co- existence among all residents.
The meeting, was first of its kind to be held between Baale Jenfa and the people of Arinoye since his installation as the Baale of Arinoye Otu by the Oniro of Otu, His Majesty Oba Sunday Adepoju Ayilola.
Chief Jenfa, in his address delivered by Mr Oladeji Yinka Emmanuel, appreciated the Oniro of Otu for the honour bestowed on him.
While describing the chieftaincy title as a rare privilege to serve his people.
Chief Jenfa also appreciated the entire people of Otu, Okaka and Owo for their unalloyed support to him.
He also extended his felicitation to the entire people of Arinoye and security agencies in the area and promised to discharge his duties without any prejudice.
While speaking on behalf of their various kinsmen, Mr Egbe Pius Warrior Egede,Alfa Abubakar Jimoh fulani alaga and Umoru Carpenter Hausa, in their separate remarks pledged their commitment to peaceful co- existence and tranquility in the area.
The village head, Alfa Mukaheel Yusuf and a son of the soil, Mr Ahmed Ayansola assured the new Baale of their cooperation and unwaivering support from the people of Arinoye.
Also, in their separate remarks, Mr Oladeji Yinka Emmanuel and the secretary to the newly installed Baale, Mr Idowu Adeleke urged the people of the area to live as one family for the growth and development of the area.
Earlier, Baale Jenfa and his team paid a courtesy visit to the management and staff of oke ogun fm alaga, in recognition of their immense contributions to the development of Arinoye and its people. The Head of Administration, Oke Ogun Radio, Mr Emmanuel Abiola who warmly received the Baale and his entourage on behalf of the Head of Channel, Mrs Adedamola Orioke, assured Chief Jeayinfa and his chiefs of the support of the station towards maintaining peaceful co existence among the inhabitants of Arinoye.
