Onisanbo Mourns Passing Of Olubadan

 

The Onisanbo of Ogbooro, Oba (Engr ) Kazeem Adio Adegboye and the entire Saki-East Traditional Council, have commiserated with Gov. Seyi Makinde,Ali Ogunmade family and entire indigenes of Ibadanland over the transition of Oba Mahood Olalekan Balogun.

Oba Adegboye in his condolence message, describes the incident as a great loss not only to the Ibadan but Oyo State at large.

The monarch said, Oba Balogun is not just a king but a leader and mentor, who was committed to the progress and development of his people

"Oba Balogun is a selfless leader who fought for the progress of Oyo state and Nigeria entirely till his last day on earth"

Oba Onisanbo, said late Olubadan two years on throne was impactful and everybody knows that. Also he expressed the demise of Oba Mahood Olalekan Balogun as a great loss to Oyo state council of Obas and Chiefs and Oyo state entirely. 

He,however, prays to God to overlook his shortcomings and grant him the best place in paradise and by extension, prays to God to give his bereaved the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss .
