At Easter, Busari Yakub preaches love, sacrifice, tolerance

The Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the last elections, Hon. Busari Yakub otherwise called Donbay, has urged Christians to embrace harmony as Christians globally celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and  successfully completing the 40 days Lent .

In his Easter message to all Nigerians and people of Saki West, Saki East and Atisbo constituency in particular, Donbay said that, there was a need to work hand-in-hand with the present administration to take the country to the next level .

Hon. Busari while urging the Christians to emulate Christ Jesus who laid down his life on the cross of Calvary to bring redemption, iterated the need to live a life that fosters unity ,promotes tranquility and peaceful coexistence. 

“let us shun violence and live a life that promotes peace and tranquillity.

“There is a need for us to emulate Christ Jesus who laid down his life on the cross of Calvary to bring redemption.

Mr. Busari appealed to all Nigerians and residents of his constituency to rally round the fight against insecurity by Tinubu-led government and by extension, measures to revive the economic realities. 

He noted that ,the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ should be a time for reflection and time for selfless services to humanity. 

He sought the concerted efforts of all and sundry, maintaining that ,government cannot do it alone without the unwavering support of the gate keepers including the religious leaders, traditional rulers, community leaders and the entire citizens.
