Donbay To Were:Your Relentless Academic Programmes Prove Your Servant Leadership

 

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Candidate of the party in the last elections, Hon. Busari Yakub otherwise known as Donbay, has commended member,House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abisodun (Were ) on his lofty academic and scholarship programmes initiated to assist indigent and intelligent students in the federal constituency who are less privileged pursuing secondary school students as well as students at nation's tertiary institutions to achieve their academic careers. 

Busari Yakub who contested on the platform of APC for Saki East and Atisbo constituency, said with the initiative ,students whose parents and guardians might not have the wherewithal to assist them pursue their programmes in schools to a conclusion stand the chance of furthering more .

"May people benefited from the first scholarship programmes initiated by the indefatigable lawmaker for students in the tertiary institutions and this new scholarship programme for students of secondary schools would go along way to assist the parents and guardians "

“A lot of impact was felt in the first edition. I know a lot of persons who benefited through this second batch of the  scholarship Programme would become useful individuals and tomorrow, they’ll be better placed in the society"

"Without this Programme, some students would have ceased to further their education. I appreciate Hon. Tajudeen Abisodun for not abandoning such a lofty programme that would impacted so much on youths, thereby boosting the human capital development in the constituency."

He stressed that, the voices and the interest of the less privileged are now being represented at the national level. 

While emphasing how education remains the lifewire to any modern day society, Donay expressed confidence in the lawmaker to drag more Programmes that will boost educational development in the constituency.

"Apart from giving priority attention to education, he'll also drag monumental development and projects to the constituency"

Hon. Busari stated that,the wealth of experience gained over the years as a third-term lawmaker will help him to attract lofty projects and Programmes from federal level not only to his immediate community but to the Ifedapo constituency as a whole .

"Having garned considerable experience as a three term lawmaker, he'll use the opportunity to attract projects that will benefit the people "

Reacting to the recent Palliative Packages distributed across boards , Mr. Buhari commended the lawmaker for the gesture as a well thought and timely,saying it would cushion the effects of economic challenges in the constituency .

The APC Chieftain, however, called on the good people of the constituency to support Hon. Tajudeen Abisodun with necessary cooperation that would bring about the actualization of meaningful projects and Programmes to the benefit of all. 

Hon. Tajudeen Abisodun is the lawmaker representing Saki West/Saki East/Atisbo federal constituency at the lower chamber of National Assembly and Chairman, House Committee on Culture and Tourism.
